Your GrowthScore Dashboard will help you run a quick glance on your NPS scores, Reviews & Testimonials gathered. You can filter the scores/analytics shown for any date range you’d like.

NPS

Your NPS scorecard shall intimate you the NPS score for the selected time period, along with a clear breakdown of the number of PromotersDetractors and Passives. You will also see the differential uptick (or the slip) in these numbers (versus the time period for which current results are displayed)

The current scores displayed are for the date range: 4 July, 2016 to 4 July, 2017.

The increase (or decrease) in the number of detractors, is compared to the same time period i.e. One Year – prior to the start date of the current date range, i.e. 4 July 2015 to 3 July 2016.

Reviews

This section will give you a ballpark idea on how many reviews you have for your product and what’s the quality of these reviews. You can assess how the trend for review of your product has been over a given time period.

You can filter based on the platform from which reviews were posted: Mac or Windows.

The Conversion percentage is simply a measure of how many of the users, whom you reached out asking for a review, opted to review your product.
